About Us

Kindred Spirits

We are Deanna and Kelly Andel, two sisters-in-law with the same passion for life! We love our Andel brothers and love doing business together as a family! We formed Kinded Spirits Mobile Bar service with a goal to provide our Texas clients with the best possible customer experience for their guests. We LOVE interacting with people and ensuring everyone has an amazing time. We know that our service is a reflection of YOU and promise to elevate your event with our flair for customer service.

Kindred Spirits - Where Cheers Never End

We hope you have enjoyed looking around our site and have had lots of your questions answered! We strive to be very transparent about our processes and pricing. Here is a breakdown of our process: 


1.) You reach out to us by email, phone or click the link on our site to reach out to us. 


2.) We will follow up with you within 24 hours. The FIRST thing we will ask is if you have looked through the pricing on our website! If you haven't seen that yet, please click HERE to check it out before continuing.  If you confirm you have seen our pricing, we will schedule a Zoom meeting with any pertinent decision makers where we will discuss the details of your event, customization options and answer all of your questions. At the end of this Zoom you can rest assured that we will have all the details we need to ensure your event is a fantastic hit with your guests.


3.) To get you BOOKED on our calendar and save your date, we will send you a contract to sign electronically and will collect the non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours. Your event is NOT BOOKED and the date is not saved until the deposit is received. 


4.) You will receive an email receipt after any payment is received. 


5.) Approximately 45 days before your event we will contact you for final guest count. This must be established and the remaining contract balance must be paid 30 days before the event. If the balance is not paid 30 days in advance, we reserve the right to cancel your event and refund your paid amount excluding the non-refundable deposit. 


6.) On the day of your event, we will arrive approximately 2 hours before service time begins to allow for plenty setup time. Drinks will not be served to guests before the agreed to start time. 


7.) Thirty minutes before we close, we will notify you and/or the coordinator of the 30-minute "last call" for your guests. 


8.) At the end of the event we will count the tips and notify you if there is any remaining balance (if paying with check, Zelle or Venmo). If your credit card is on file and you have given pre-authorization per the contract, your card will be charged and you will be sent a receipt by email.


9.) We LOVE reviews and hope you will consider leaving us a positive review on our Google Business page! We look forward to serving you again and appreciate your referrals!
